Ask Our Bot (AOB) Is a full-service offering, meaning that we do all of the work for you!  You don’t need to have any special skills or technical abilities to have your own FAQ chatbot and there is absolutely no complicated implementation. 

Actually, there is very little that you need to do.  Our goal is to make chatbot adoption simple, fast and affordable.


Here are the steps you need to follow to get your chatbot up and running as quickly as possible.


  1. Register using the form below
  2. The standard one-time setup fee is $1,500.  Limited Time special, just $1000, get $500 off!
  3. There is an ongoing network fee of just $50 per month.  This includes unlimited chats and unlimited simultaneous chats. There are no complicated pricing models, no ‘up charges’, seat licenses or anything similar.  Just a one-time setup fee and a low, ongoing network fee of $50 per month, which is billed annually.
  4. Your company registers online for a customized chatbot from AOB.  You pay the initial setup fee online using any major credit card.  No PayPal account is needed.
  5. Once you are registered, you submit your 15 FAQ’s via form directly to us.
  6. We develop your chatbot and post it for your review.
  7. We work with you to edit questions and answers and select language, integration and icon options.
  8. Once you approve, we invoice you (via PayPal) for the annual network fee and your chatbot goes live!
  9. We send you the final url, embed code, QR Code and mail you AOB stickers and materials. 
  10. You begin receiving weekly reports emailed right to you showing your AOB activity, questions asked, and more.

Typically the entire process is completed in 2 business weeks.
